Black Lodge - The Real Twin Peaks Game
article by: James Attard

Fans of cult hit tv series Twin Peaks, created by David Lynch in the early 90s, it is time to rejoice as the closet thing we will get to an official Twin Peaks game has been released. Black Lodge, created by Jak Locke, was recently released for PC and Mac in the style of an Atari 2600 game.

Black Lodge has you playing as the main protagonist of the Twin Peaks series, Special Agent Dale Cooper, who has found himself trapped in the Black Lodge itself, a surreal and dangerous place between worlds. Though escaping Black Lodge isn’t all you have to worry about as your doppelganger is in hot pursuit after you.

In addition to the game Jak Locke has also created a highly detailed manual, also in an Atari 2600 style, for the game that contains everything you need to know. I do recommend that you check out the manual before you play the game so you understand what to do because it can be daunting at first.
